TERMS AND CONDITION
Each transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185/99 and by Legislative Decree 206/05. With regard to the protection of the confidentiality of personal data, the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree n. 196/03.
Acceptance of the general sales conditions
The Customer, by electronically sending the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in his relations with FERRFORT SRL, the general and payment conditions transcribed below, declaring to have read and accepted all the information provided to him in accordance with the aforementioned rules, also acknowledging that FERRFORT SRL does not consider itself bound by different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
These general conditions of sale must be examined online by the customers who visit our website www.ferrfort.it belonging to FERRFORT SRL before they execute their purchase orders.
How to purchase
Purchases of products, available as illustrated and described online in the relative descriptions and techniques, are made by the Customer at the price indicated on the site, at the time the order confirmation is forwarded, in addition to the transport costs displayed at the time of the order. ‘purchase. Before confirming the purchase, the Customer will be shown the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in the case of the purchase of multiple products and the relative transport costs. The purchased products will be delivered by FERRFORT SRL to the courier within 24/48 hours, from the first useful working day following the date of receipt of the order (in the case of payment by credit card or payment by cash on delivery to the courier). The rates for the Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the program. The Customer is required to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet. Only after this verification the Customer will have to accept the delivery, after which he will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what he has delivered in relation to the order placed. If, on the other hand, there is no correspondence between the order and the delivery, according to the aforementioned procedures, the Customer must raise the dispute directly to the carrier and send an e-mail through the site.
The customer is also required to verify, at the time of delivery, the correspondence between the product ordered and the one delivered: any disputes regarding this must be made directly to the carrier and also with communication to FERRFORT SRL via e-mail on the same day of delivery ; in the absence of this, the customer will automatically be deemed to have lost the right to the service The terms of delivery are not peremptory: failure to comply with them will not therefore result in the seller being obliged to pay any compensation or legitimize the customer to refuse the goods, cancel the order, suspend or delay payment.
Damage to products with liability payable to the courier / carrier
If the products are damaged due to the fault of the courier / transporter, no non-fulfillment can be attributed to FERRFORT SRL and no claim can be asserted against you, subject to the agreement that the delivery takes place FERRFORT SRL ex-warehouse. Warranties and defective products
The products purchased through our website ww.ferrfort.it are subject to the discipline, as applicable, pursuant to Legislative Decree 2.2.2002 n. 24 (G.U. n. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and warranties concerning consumer goods and, for what is not contemplated therein, to the specific provisions provided for by the Civil Code. These warranties will apply to products that present lack of conformity that cannot be found at the time of purchase, as long as the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, that is to say in respect of its destination and of what is provided in any technical documentation. The aforementioned guarantee will not be applicable in case of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product. The guarantee is personal and will therefore only apply to the original purchaser. Any defect in the product must be reported within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods. The written report must be attached to the package, by the Customer, upon return of the defective product to FERRFORT SRL which reserves the right to verify the actual defect complained by the Customer and to carry out the replacement only after such control. The request will be processed only if the following documents are present in the returned package: invoice or purchase receipt, order number and date, brief description of the defect found, brand and model. The costs of returning the goods to the sender remain charged to the Customer. Before sending the defective goods, the customer must write via e-mail to the address www.ferrfort.it or by phone at 02-55019193. Then it will receive the information necessary to make use of the guarantee. If this procedure is not applied, the times for repair / replacement could expand considerably.
Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, by e-mail to the site specified above, pursuant to articles 64-65 of Legislative Decree n. 206/05, within 14 days of receipt of the products with effect from the day of receipt of the goods purchased by the consumer.
The customer if he decides to assert the right of withdrawal must send notice by e-mail to the address email@example.com expressing the intention to withdraw describing: his personal details, the order number attributed to the purchase document to which reference is made to the bank details – IBAN – where FERRFORT SRL must, subject to the necessary checks, credit the refund and the item or items to which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To send – at its own expense – at the FERRFORT SRL operating office, in Via Pistrucci, 24 Milan, the good or assets in relation to which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. The customer is required to pack the products and any related accessories with the utmost care in their original packaging (internal packaging and containment boxes) as received by FERRFORT SRL. It is advisable to accompany the shipment with an insurance coverage of the chosen carrier because the damages suffered by the product – due to the inexperience of the transporter himself or for other reason related to the transport of material goods – will be attributed to the customer who carries out the withdrawal procedure. If the returned products are damaged, if covered by insurance content as explained, FERRFORT SRL will not accept the return but the customer can claim for refunds on the same carrier.
Once the product has been received in the act of withdrawal FERRFORT SRL is required to exercise, within 15 days from the day of receipt, the appropriate checks on the material goods (product and accessories if present) returned by the customer. If all the findings are positive, FERRFORT SRL will reimburse as due with reference to the bank details communicated by the customer via e-mail.

Once the purchase has been made, the consumer will receive a nominative pre-confirmation numbered with a summary of the order placed (specifically the products included in the purchase order, the transport costs, any additional costs – see ad example mark if chosen as a payment method), your tax information (as introduced by the customer himself during the registration phase).

Order processing and shipment expiration in the closing periods
